Returns & Exchange Policy

At Zetking Computers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a wrong product or your product arrives damaged, we aim to resolve your issue quickly and fairly.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

• Returns/exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your product.
• Eligible only if:
  • You received the wrong product (model/specification mismatch), or
  • The product you received is physically damaged at the time of delivery.

2. Non-Eligible Cases

• No returns/exchanges for change of mind, compatibility issues after use, or requests after 7 days.
• No returns for products with use, tampering, or unreported damage after delivery.

3. Return/Exchange Process

• Contact us at info@zetkingcomputers.com or call +91-98765XXXXX within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide order number, photos (if damaged), and issue description.
• We will guide you through the pick-up/return or replacement process.
• Return product in original packaging with accessories, manuals, invoice.

4. Inspection & Resolution

• All returned items are inspected for eligibility.
• If approved, you receive either:
  • A replacement for the correct or damaged item, or
  • A full refund via original payment method.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

• Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh (India).
