Warranty & Service Policy

At Zetking Computers, we believe in the quality of our products and are committed to providing you with dependable after-sales support. This Warranty & Service Policy covers the warranty terms for all products purchased through us and outlines how you can claim service if needed.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • All products carry a standard brand/manufacturer warranty as stated on your invoice, typically ranging from 1 year to 3 years (refer product page/bill for exact term).
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
  • Warranty is valid only for products purchased from Zetking Computers through authorized channels and with an unaltered, original invoice.

2. What’s Not Covered

  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Physical, electrical, or accidental damage after delivery
    • Damage due to misuse, abuse, liquid/moisture, power surge, or unauthorized repairs/modifications
    • Consumables, accessories (cables, batteries, chargers, etc.), and software unless stated otherwise by manufacturer
    • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

3. How to Claim Warranty Service

  • Retain your original purchase invoice; it is required for warranty verification.
  • For brand warranty claims: You may contact the nearest authorized brand service center directly using the details on your warranty card or included documentation.
  • For assistance, you can also contact us at info@zetkingcomputers.com or call our support center. We'll help you initiate or coordinate your warranty claim if needed.
  • In certain cases, service may require product drop-off or shipping to an authorized service location. Shipping costs may be borne by the customer if not covered by the brand.

4. Repair & Replacement

  • If a defect is found and verified by the brand’s authorized service center, repair or replacement will be provided as per warranty terms.
  • If the product is irreparable and still under warranty, the brand may at its discretion offer an equivalent replacement model or a refund.

5. Service Support From Zetking Computers

  • We provide guidance and coordination for warranty claims, and our in-house technicians may offer out-of-warranty repairs at nominal charges.
  • On-site installation or repair is available for select categories (e.g., CCTV, networking, desktops) within Ambikapur region. Contact us to check eligibility and charges.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

  • All warranty and service matters are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh, India.
